Thanks Hailey. The pleats took some engineering and time. I piped "tubes" of stiff BC where I wanted the pleats - some short, some long - and then worked with the fondant to get the look I wanted.

First guess would be to mold it out of rice krispy treats then apply fondant for the tux.

Oh, I forgot to mention, when you cut off the nubs of the arms and legs, take a small fondant ball and stick to that area to round off the edges. This will cushion your fondant cover and the fondant won't tear at the edges.
