Love these Nadia!!!!
Awwww,Thank you so much Katy for your kind words.I appreciate you a lot.I think my work is not
deserving your kind words but I am trying to be better.
I am completely blown away by the look of these! Any confectioner would be proud to be able to produce them. I know I could never do anything so neat as I'm way too clumsy and my eyesight is rubbish. So I'll just gaze longingly at yours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so glad if be useful my knowledge.
Thank you Nadia for that tip. I won't completely give up on them now knowing that I can finally have smooth cake balls! lol
Thank you soooo much Linda and Rima .I appreciate you for the wonderful comments.Linda ,I add 2 or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil on100 gram melted chocolate so it smooth
These are some of the prettiest cake balls I've ever seen done up. Mine are always too streaked and lumpy looking. I don't know how you that do them so smooth, get it to come out that way.
I love these! Without the stick they are so elegant. You could serve them at tea party. Wow I love the reativity on the flowers too.
Thank you so much Anne for your lovely comment.I used cutter and fondant modeling.
