Andrews 1st Birthday Cake 010

This cake was created for a special little boy with heart problems. After being hospitalized or under strict visitation restrictions at home, many family members had not got to see him. So after doctor's ok, they threw him an all out bash for his first birthday. I was proud to have made the cake, but I was even prouder that all 150 servings got eaten.
