I made this cake for a french lady - an amateur seamstress. The french are only just starting to get into cakes as we know them so it was lovely to get an order from a french lady. Whn she came to collect it I asked her if she wanted any special numbers to stand out on the tape measure so there was a little bit more to this cake!
