My Cakes #18, Cake Pops
My Cakes #18, I just wanted to bake something, so I made a 4 layer 6" cake, some cupcakes, and with the left overs, some cake pops. Red Velvet cake, cupcakes, & cake pop base. Vanilla/almond marshmallow buttercream on cake & cupcakes. Dyed some red(more like pink), and blue for decorating both. Then mixed some into the leftover cake for the pops, which are dipped in melted peanut butter wafers, with red flowers on top. This was my first batch of cake pops where most of them stayed on the stick! lol. Am baby sitting, so they will soon be gone.lol These were just for something to do yesterday. So thanks to everyone that has helped me with their many hints for these projects! Especially the cake pops! lol

OOOOPS!! Gail, June just reminded me that this recipe was yours, which I used in my 'Death by Chocolate' cake from June 4th.

June, I am using your 'Choc. Fudge Brownie Cake' recipe a lot now. Everyone wants it in their cakes! I even added the fudge brownie mix to the red velvet, and they loved that too! lol All went well with the peanut butter on the cake pops.
