Sculpted "R" birthday

I waited *years* for the opportunity to make a cake like this!
The letter is carved from a 12x8x2 sheet and iced in chocolate Frostin Pride (a non-dairy 'whipped cream' - similar to Rich's "Bettercreme") Daisies are royal as is the flooded area on the cakeboard. Inspiration came from a book from England.
