Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Each tier was made with a two-layer red velvet cake. The base and icing between layers was a vanilla flavored buttercream. The teal buttercream shell border was made with Wilton tip 21 and the scroll work was made with purple buttercream thinned with piping gel using the Wilton tip 3.
