Scott's Fire Helmet Birthday Cake
Helmet is WASC with MMF. Base (to tilt helmet) is pound cake. Shield is exact replica of hubby's helmet shield made out of gumpaste. Tetrahedrons are gumpaste with silver petal dust to make them "reflective". The only thing I didn't make is the eagle spacer.

I swiped a catalog from my husband after he had been to a fire convention so that I could order his. I've seen ones that people made, but I'm not nearly that talented or patient. Nor do I have the photoshop talent that it takes to do it. Good luck, hope your cake turns out great!

May I ask where you got the eagle spacer? I have a grooms cake coming up on October and am sweating thinking of how to do that part! Thank you very much!!
