Human Heart Cake

A Human Heart Cake for a cardiologist. Coming from a family with early age heart disease, I almost felt like this was for my mother who died at 53 with a triple bypass at age 39. By far this is the quickest I have EVER made a cake.....12 hours notice and still had to sleep.
