You are so sweet, Bonnie, XXOO.  The brass trim ring came with the separator.  I am not that good...yet :o)  I am done with the cake itself.  I am planning to start adding the flowers and if they seem to be secure enough, I will add them all in advance.  Yes, the macaws will be added after I set up at the show.

Even better up close!   Did the separater come with that top, or did you make it too?  Are you done, for now that is?  Will you be adding the greenery here, or on site?  Know the macaws will be added later, right?
