Sample Cake

This is my first MMF cake. Boy is that stuff tastes good! Cake is chocolate and filled and frosted with whipped milk chocolate ganache. It's from Course 4 and the instructor dubbed it our sample cake because we had to do the drape, hanky, and ruffle border at the bottom. :-)
