Snow White Cake
This was a Valentine's Day Contest Entry. I did a snow white cake with buttercream roses because we had recently gotten a record 82 inches of snow where I live. Valentine's Day also happens to be my birthday. So, it was day of snow and roses. Cake is vanilla poundcake, filled with chocolate whipped cream and fresh strawberries, and frosted with whipped chocolate ganache. MMF again.

Thanks! Do you need the recipes for MMF and the whipped ganache? Let me know and I can forward them to you. Both are easy to make, although making the fondant can be messy. :-)
