Pheonix - Bob B'day - 2013
Pheonix is made of gum paste. Flames on side and top center are made with fondant (no tylose added). The rest is all buttercream. Top layer is white chocolate, bottom is pistachio. For my husband's birthday. When we were dating he wrote a lot and one of his stories mentioned a Pheonix rising from the flames. But, would make a good Harry Potter cake too.
