Saddle Demo
This was made in an hour and a half demonstration for the Southeast Texas Cake Club Day of sharing in Winnie. I did not have time to finish the board and the cake is a little sloppy...all that speed decorating.

the saddle is not made from cake. All of the pieces are made from modeling chocolate that is covered in a thin layer of brown fondant. It is pretty heavy when it is all put together on the cake and needs good support. I usually build it on a little foam core board. Thanks Lisa!

I love your design. Did you use cake to form the pieces of the saddle?
