rum cake wedding cake

I LOVED doing this wedding cake - besides the fact it was for an old prep school classmate, I love the look of rustic wedding cakes. She chose to have Cayman Rum Cake as her wedding cake - I stacked this one to look like a traditional wedding cake (6/9/12 sizes) and also did a mini tiered cake with cupcakes for a cupcake tower for additional servings. Adorned with local bouganvilleas - a very Caymanian wedding indeed!
