Eagle Scout Cake

This was in honor of a young man who had just achieved Eagle Scout. The bottom tier is 14" x 5-1/2", made of dark chocolate, the bark is modeling chocolate, the middle (10" x 5-1/2") and top (6" x 7") tiers are French vanilla. All tiers are filled and frosted with vanilla-almond buttercream.
