Maria, your work is beautiful!  You probably learned most everything from YouTube like I did.  Never had a class.  If there is something in particular you would like to learn, I have a feeling there are a bunch of ladies here who would be able and willing to instruct!

How I wish I am in your country.... maybe I will create more beautiful cakes and learn a lot. Because here in the Philippines, it's very limited. You couldn't find everything you want for your cake. It really makes me sad sometimes. :(

Thanks for the encouragement, Katy.  I plan to try (again).  Lydia Spencer-Spencer, whom I met on this site, invited me to join a cake group that meets once a month in Nashville to talk cake, share experience and learn/share with each other.  Lydia is one of these people who is incredible with a piping bag and I am hoping to get some pointers from her!

Sandra, seriously, try it.  The tips are amazing, you really can't go wrong.  A bit of practice and you'll be amazed at what comes out!

Thanks for showing me which tips to use, Maria.  I have the 1M and maybe even the 2D, but I was born without the piping gen :o(
