I have 2 of those cake pop trays. They work great. Much, much easier than smoothing up cake & icing. Technically that is a true cake pop. Baking in the trays & cake pop machine is like a mini cupcake. But it works and that's what counts. :o)

Ya, but I managed to buy a silicone tray to make the pops in. Has a top tray to that clips on and you just pour the cake dough in like a cupcake. It tastes a lot nicer, is ligher and firmer and saves hours of work. Else I def wouldn't be making them. Oh and they don't break apart and fall off the stick... major bonus

What's not to love????  They are a perfect size snack for kids... and they taste yummy.... what else can you ask for??  Oh ya..... that they be easier to make!!!  hee hee
