Rio Carnival 21st cake

This was originally going to be a standard oblong cake with a rice cake pic of the Birthday girl as a baby. Then her sister mentioned it was a Rio Carnival theme fancy dress party and I simply couldn't do the standard cake.
I found this pic on the net (but couldn't find who had posted or made the cake).
As I still cant do the plastic icing thing I used standard butter icing and had a tremendous amount of fun with it.
