Red Velvet-White Chocolate Cheesecake-Christmas 2013
This is a Red Velvet-White Chocolate Cheesecake cake. It is 8" round & consists of 3 layers red velvet cake & 2 layers white chocolate cheesecake. It is iced w/white chocolate frosting. Christmas tree & presents are made w/white chocolate modeling chocolate, holly leaves are made with white chocolate, pine cone is combination white chocolate & white chocolate modeling chocolate, pine needles were made by dipping angel hair pasta in white chocolate. Thank you Sandra. This was a recipe from Southern Living Magazine. Red velvet & white chocolate cheesecake sounded like such an irresistible combination I just had to try it. Was a big hit at our family Christmas Day gathering.
