Tx ladies - I made this for a friend of ours and before I knew it she handed me a piece of the cake.  If I may say - the combination was exquisite - it worked out sooo well.

You should really try the Red Velvet cake covered in Chocolate ganache - the filling was as follow, chock ganach, cream, fresh strawberries, cream and chock ganache ( all thinly layered - except a bit more cream to cover the strawberries) I also covered the cake with cream over the chock ganache on the out side.  Rich may I say but sooo nice.
