Thanks ladies. I used Satin Ice for this cake. I generally make my own fondant but not for red, black or chocolate.

Ok! I MUST ask! HOW do you get the fondant this red??? What kind of coloring do you use when making the fondant? The cake is BEAUTIFUL!
