Racing Cake

This was made for a Bright Blessings, USA Gala and fundraiser. The cake is four layers of chocolate and peanut butter cake, filled with peanut butter frosting-butter cream. Also the icing is PB Butter Cream, no fondant. The flags are made from gum paste.
