Dolphin Cake - EAN11F

I made this cake for a friend's mother's birthday. The dolphins are sculpted from rice crispy treat, covered in fondant then airbrushed with a silver/blue blend. I piped the waves on the sides and added in the occasional fondant wave for texture. After the waves were piped I went through with a hand tool and added the lines in the piping. The border accents are molded fondant. I used my Cricut Cake machine to cut the letters out of fondant. It is yellow cake with my homemade buttercream.
