Yes, the 3 feet are 2x4s screwed to the cakeboard, a round cake board is then screwed to the 2x4s. I then screwed a pipe floor flange to the round board in the center and screwed a pvc pipe to it. I had to use a 1" pipe to keep the cake stable.
