I did this one for my mom's Quilt Guild holiday party. The fabric was all created from rolled fondant which I hand painted and textured to look like different fabrics. The fondant fabric was then draped and folded over the buttercream covered cake to resemble a "fat quarter" stack tied with a gold ribbon. I then designed a quilt "square" from the fondant fabrics and draped it over the side of the cake.

I think this is just spectacular. So much work has gone into it and looks for all the world like stacks of Christmas napkins. Many, many congratulations.
