I'm gonna give them a go, I supply cupcakes etc to a local coffee shop and think these will go down well in the school holidays!!!

Jessie--not at all! Very simple and quick if you make an assembly line of sorts.

Cha-Cha Bake--thank you! They are much easier (and fun!) for kids to eat than cupcakes. A lot less messy! And the containers can be tossed in the dishwasher and reused!
