Oregon Hawaiian Shirt Groom's Cake

The bride ordered this groom's cake as a surprise for him. It was supposed to be a really tacky, ugly University of Oregon-themed Hawaiian shirt. The cake was hand-carved. The green was painted on as brush embroidery with royal icing and the yellow O's were fondant. The flip flops were also made of cake.
