Thanks, Betty!  So do we :o)  For the first time in almost 50 years, I have short fingernails and it was really (I mean really, really) helpful trimming the pie crust.  Instead of a struggle, it was fun.

I made it for Mike, it is his favorite.  We have them about once every three or four months all year round.  I am surprised that the poll lasts all weekend on a holiday.  Maybe your family can move your celebration to next weekend.  I know we have had to do that a couple of times.

Hmmm...just because?? Looks delish. I'll be missing our Thanksgiving this wknd..We stupidly signed up to do advanced poll for Federal election. Who knew it would be the whole darn Thanksgiving wknd. SOooo stupid. Geez..
