LOL it's funny you say that cause I was actually in my 2nd week of my level 2 course when we had to work on making roses as you can see my buttercream around my cake wasn't the smoothest at the time , this was my practice cake. But thank you for the compliment.

wow, in the UK we don't use buttercream like this at all, I wouldn't know where to start. but it looks like you have been doing it a while!

Thanks They were white chocolate buttercream.
