PUFFIN - 1130F
Madeira cake carved into a puffin shape and filled with raspberry jam & vanilla buttercream, covered with black sugarpaste with white sugarpaste details. The beak is made of modeling paste which along with the eyes was painted with alcohol mixed with edible dusts. The nest is made of brown sugarpaste with pastillage grass sticking out.
