Polar Bear Cupcakes - 729F

To make these cupcakes, I used a regular size white cake cupcake, and iced a mini white cupcake to the bottom of it (top of the mini cupcake to the bottom of the regular cupcake). Then iced the whole thing in buttercream and rolled it in coconut. The eyes are chocolate chips, the ears are Almond Joy "M&M"s and the nose is a Junior Mint!
