Caramel Apple Cheesecake
From Scratch, my own recipe. This cheese cake rich, decedent w/ a hint of creamy caramel. Topped w/ a caramel glaze, caramel chips. Take a bite and savor those pieces of sauted apples and caramel. Make your momma leave the room cuz' you're gonna wanna smack her! Run Momma!

Thanks Jeri, yeah it really is yummy! I hate to toot my own horn but I'm so excited by it because it was all by accident. Tried different various ways in my own attempt to "create" and they were all so hilariously awful. Cheesecake angels were helping me out because it's one of those "just happened" sortof thing. I "tweeked" it a little and by my 3rd cheesecake into it, I had it simplified and better than I could have imagined! I was thrilled. Very rich. Great w/ coffee. You can bite into it and it reminds you of a caramel apple. Awesome!!
