Fourth of July Dessert

Your welcome--If you like cheesecake, I have a really good one.  It's white chocolate with caramelized apples on a cookie crust.  It has to be baked in a water bath but comes out picture perfect every time.

Sure Tim, I will look for it.  I actually use the crust from one recipe and the cream cheese part from another one.
