This prescription bottle was made for a retirement party for a pharmacist. It is made using 10 layers of 6" red velvet cake. The cap is made from gumpaste/fondant mixture. The prescription is for Valium. The instructions are to "take as many tablets as needed to relax and enjoy a much deserved retirement."

I must give some credit to Carly.  When my client said her pharmacist husband was retiring, I immediately thought prescription bottle.  I had no idea where to start until I saw her photo:  http://www.cakeswebake.com/photo/viagra-cake

Thank you Rosalie & June.  There are instructions in the package of icing images.  I do not currently own a printer so I took the image to my local Publix.  They scanned my image & printed it on the icing sheet. They charge $8 a sheet.  The single sheet did not come with instructions but I was familiar with them from a previous bakery where I worked.  Basically, you peel them very gently & place them where you want them.

Just love this.  Such a inventive idea. Are the instructions on a icing image sheet??
