PONY CAKE
This was a stressful attempt - not knowing how to start and what the outcome would be. But it worked out fine, thankfully!
This was a rich chocolate cake, inner filling was caramel and chocolate butter cream with chocolate ganache.

Hi Sandra, thank you so much!. The head, neck and legs was made out of crispy treats. The chocolate cake was way too moist and heavy - was already worried about the crispy treats - phew!! I am sure Marne was happy, couldn't deliver myself but her mommy was very happy. They are both horse lovers.

This is absolutely adorable, Corni. I love his little horse shoes! Is his head made of cereal treats or were you somehow able to use cake? I know Marne was thrilled to death :o)
