Polo inspired cake

This was an request I got and she said "all I can say is he loves to wear Polo, can you do anything with that?" So what better than to try and recreate to polo logo out of chocolate! It was a long time and a lot of carving but good thing I covered in silver luster dust...it made my carve marks look like muscles!
