Polar Bear Cupcake

This is a regular size white cupcake with a mini cupcake frosted to the bottom of it. I then iced the entire thing with buttercream and rolled it in coconut. Chocolate chips are the eyes, a Junior Mint for the nose and Almond Joy "M&M"s for the ears.
