Thank you!  It is Lucario.  His legs started out a lot longer but got squatty when I added the body on top :(

The guy on top had issues with his legs.  Humidity wasn't helping.  When I delivered the cake, one of the arms fell off.  Thankfully, she had a toothpick to reattach!

Thanks Betty - the guy on top for some reason was difficult for me.  Humidity doesn't help.  His legs should be a lot longer but when I put his body and head on, the legs got a little squatty :(
