My brighter pink flower broke as I was putting it on so I scooped the petal in the icing and stuck it on quickly as my daughter's family was coming into the house. The didn't even notice. lol

thank you June.....using the seven minute egg white frosting wasn't really that easy with the spatula/petal method.  It was so darn airy and thick that I just couldn't get it to look right. But, my daughter loved it. She has grown up with decorated cakes her whole life, so she is always looking for a FLAVORED cake over a decorated cake. Makes it easy on me. I was amazed at how good it actually tasted. She found the recipe in one of the magazines at the hair salon that she works at and wanted me to give it a try. Even though it is pretty simple looking, it still was pretty on the table for her dinner.lol
