obstacle race cake
Was so not into this cake but my daughter wore me down. This was for her boyfriend's birthday. He likes to run races with obstacle courses. It is so hot that everything seemed to be melting while I was working on it.

Very hard to motivate yourself when you're not in the mood. I have Mick's birthday party tonight and, frnakly, I just can't be arsed with it at the moment......As for 95 degrees, would you like to send some of that over here Goreti? We are planning a bbq and, if the rain holds off, we are still going to needs jeans and sweaters, I reckon. Ah the joys of the British Summer! Cake looks yummy anyway and I bet he loved it.
