8" Square. 3 layers. Lid is gumpaste. I use tapioca pearl straws to support and camoflauge with gumpaste "tissue".

Thank you Maria. Tapioca Pearl Straws are big heavy duty plastic straws that I use in place of dowels or other support systems in the cake. They have a slant at one end, so it makes them perfect to hold the lid at an angle. (I also secured it with some melted white chocolate). If you watch Ace of Cakes, you will see them use similar straws. Do a search under"Bubble Tea Straws" on google and you will find them

They are 50/50 gumpaste fondant. I used a circle cutter (in different sizes) for the petals
