Cake was a birthday cake,it is a doll cake approx.8 inches round at botom of skirt x 3 inches at top of skirt ,sitting on top of a 12 inchex 18 inch x 3 inch sheet cake.Cake has all homemade buttercream icing,it also torted in buttercream dyed pink.Little doll body is plastic and only a half of body to be removed,ther are lil" silk roses also.{all removeable}Added flower to hair to match.More details in other pic.
