nearly! The tiers took nearly 5 hours because each tier was a different flavour! I had to let them cool overnight and then set about decorating them. Started midday on Saturday, finished 1.15am Sunday for delivery to the wedding venue Sunday morning by 9.30am. Jx

Hi Kathy, thank you! I'm very proud of this one. Had 24 hrs to make this because it was all sponge and had to be fresh! I made the sugar roses the day before I baked the tiers then sprayed the whole lot with edible Pearl. Took 2.5 tins!
