Pho Bowl of Soup
Pho pronounced "Pha" bowl of soup with veges and rice crispy treat egg rolls.
I made this cake for my friend who loves Pho Korean soup pronounced "Pha". Sliced beef, with bean sprouts, red chilies, basil, limes and scallions. Rice crispy egg rolls with candy filling.
