Denise, you can try making them now and then when you get someone who wants some you will already have them made.  The keep very well.  I have a bunch I keep on hand (all different sizes and colors).  Just put them in a non-airtight container.  If you put them in an airtight container they will break down.  At least, that has been my experience with the.

I've got instructions on how to make these. Haven't tried them yet. Waiting for someone to request a cake that i could use them on.
