This is another in my series of mini layer cakes (I'm on kind of a kick with this ;o)). The cakes, without the peacock, are only 3 inches high. The cake itself is chocolate buttermilk filled and iced with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. Covered in Wilton fondant and all decorations are made from Wilton fondant.

Oh, How cute, Bethany! I love doing little mini cakes too. They aren't always as easy as people may think, trying to 'hang on' to that little thing trying to get it decorated. I love you peacock. Just adorable.
