Happy Birthday Cupcake
Made this cupcake for my good friend & next door neighbour Eleanor last weekend for her surprise birthday party. I didn’t make a full birthday cake as her children and other relatives attending have a multitude of food intolerances…way too many to accommodate. The cupcake wrapper is all chocolate, inside is a mango & raspberry cupcake frosted with chocolate/caramel flavoured bc. Sitting on a cupcake stand surrounded by oreo and oatmeal cookie crumb “dirt”, and a small fondant succulent on top.

Love the succulent. That is on my "to do list" but haven't gotten around to it yet. The flavors sound absolutely delicious. Drooling over here.
