I counted. She has 24 swirls (for lack of a better word) on top, so I am imagining that everything must be in intervals of 24?

We all have trouble "pricing" our work.  I cannot imagine what you would charge for a cake like this? So much detail, the hours of prep & piping. The flowers. Never mind baking, filling and levelling your cakes.  I dare say, the average person would have no idea the amount of work that went into this. They think you fill a bag, a few squirts.. wha la.... you're done.

Rima, you had to have 'thought' this whole thing out first before just diving in. Was this one of your projects for a class or one you just happened to whip up? I just can't stop coming back to this cake! The details are just marvelous! I wish you would do a tutorial video and post it so we can see how it's done from scratch to finish. I cannot imagine just how many tips you utilized in this.

....and also to answer you as to where I am. I'm in Iowa, and I have written to Kathleen about classes and also asked her to contact me as soon as she finishes those dvds she has been working on. She has contacted me a couple of times. I was going to take a trip this last summer to go to one of her boot camps, but life got in the way, and it was just a crummy summer that ended up being very costly. Tim and I were supposed to get together in August and play with cakes but I had to cancel on him because of family issues. =O(
