Ortiz Calla Lily Cake Details

One of two wedding cake orders for July 3rd. Stacked five tier lemon cake with butter cream icing surrounded by lemon fondant bands. Decorated with hand made gumpaste calla lilies, veriegated ivy leaves, and yellow and white filler flowers. The plateau was made of 18" & 24" plywood rounds separated by a 16" foam blank which I covered in gathered yellow illusion fabric.
